The Treebound Sanctum, often referred to as just "The Sanctum", is one of the four major districts of Fantasium, alongside Moonview City,, Blackstone Bastion and Carnival, and exists as the northernmost district. Most of its land is covered in a dense forest, bordering the frigid, snowy mountains of the north.
The majority of the Sanctum's inhabitant Fantasms are insectoid in appearance, whether this helps them get through the thick forests easily or is just a byproduct of their forest environment is unknown.
Deep within the forests of the Sanctum, isolated from outsiders, stands the quiet village of Floragrove, where most of the Sanctum's Fantasms dwell. They are a tight-knit and strictly-bound community, with each individual inside it marked with a distinct flower sigil somewhere on their body. If one leaves the village for too long, or is cast out, that flower marking starts to fade, and in most cases they would not be welcomed back.
