Moonview City is one of the four major districts of Fantasium, alongside The Treebound Sanctum, Blackstone Bastion and Carnival, and exists as the southernmost district. Like the edges of all other districts, it borders the sea.
Moonview is different from all of the other areas as there is no cycle of day and night here. Blanketed by a perpetual night sky, smothered in the darkness, daylight never comes. However, most citizens of Moonview do not seem to have an issue with being able to tell what would reasonably be daytime elsewhere. At the borders between Bastion and Carnival, however, the daylight cycle starts to return to normal, albeit caught in sunrise and sunset.
Moonview Manor sits off the coast of Moonview, on a solitary island- a once grand location, now falling to ruin. It is rumored a string of tragedies occurred here that caused it to be abandoned... surely, though, that isn't true?
